Main Ingredients of Cake:


1.Butter- It is organic compound known as bisphenols. These are methylene diphenols HOC6H4CH2C6H4OH.



2.Sugar- Sucrose C12H22O11 sugar molecules contains 12 atoms of Carbon 22 atoms of Hydrogen and 11 atoms of Oxygen.







3.Baking Soda- Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate.NaHCO3.



4.Flour- S-lactic acid, molecule contains of 12 atoms. 5 Hydrogen atom,3 Carbon atoms, 3 Oxygen atoms and 1 Fluorine, C3H5FO3.






5.Salt- Sodium Chloride NaCI. Sodium forms from the ionic bonding of sodium ions (Na+) and  Chloride ions (CI-).





6.Egg- Consist of calcium carbonate (94%) CaCO3, with other components including Magnesium Carbonate (19) MgCO3.

Calcium Phosphate (1%) Ca 3 (PO4)2 and protein (4%) RCH (NH2) COOH. Where:

C-Carbon, H-Hydrogen, N-Nitrogen, O-Oxygen, and R- is a group called a side chain.




7.Milk- The major minerals found in milk are: Calcium Ca, Potassium K Iron Fe, Magnesium Mg, Phosphorus P.
